THE MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEE HEALTH

The course details are:
 Best practice in health management is to ensure that your employees do not suffer from work related ill health, 
 
The HSE are currently focusing hard on the subject and many employers are receiving ‘Improvement Notices’ as the Inspectors are drilling down into the minute of the law, in order to find where companies are lacking. Recently a client of ours received such a notice because their LEV examination report conducted by an Independent Engineer was deemed to be not suitable and sufficient. 
 
More basic errors such as not keeping log books to monitor exposure to vibration, not conducting noise monitoring and failure to wear appropriate RPE/ PPE have led to notices being issued.
 
But what are the requirements? 
The aim of the session is to ensure that you are aware of the health including health surveillance requirements of all current regulations. 
Each delegate will receive a document detailing all of the requirements for each Regulation. 
 
We will also have on hand an Occupational Health Professional to give advice.
 
We think it will be very useful to those who have a responsibility to manage health in their organisation !!
 
The cost of the session which will be £ 80.00 plus VAT.
