This is a three hour workshop looking at an alternative methodology that can transform your risk assessment methodology and make them more reflective of your workplace situation.

 

We know that when calculating risk, we use the two factors of likelihood of occurrence and severity of consequence and use the equation L x C = R

But what if we add a third factor, that of frequency of exposure. Our equation then becomes L x C x F =R. How would this affect your perception of the risk to your employees.

 

The number of times that individuals are exposed to a hazard or risk will obviously affect their potential to become injured or ill. This can make exposure to longer term or chronic situations more accurately assessed.
