Manual Handling Train the Trainer

Delegates attending this course will improve their knowledge of the risks to health from manual handling, correct kinetic handling techniques and the requirements of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.
Basic skills will also be developed in the techniques for training in manual handling activities.
Upon completion of the course, successful delegates should be able to undertake basic manual handling training in the workplace and possess an understanding of manual handling risk assessments applicable to their own workplace.
COURSE CONTENT
The course consists of a number of subjects covering the following aspects of manual handling safety.
All delegates receive a Powerpoint Manual Handling presentation which can be tailored to meet their own organisation needs.
- The Manual Handling Regulations 1992.,Ergonomics and Manual Handling, Posture and Movement, Human physiology, Manual Handling Risk assessment, Manual handling training presentation.
