Accident Investigation Course

The aim of the course is to enable delegates to be able to successfully carry out a root cause analysis into accidents that may occur. Root cause analysis is required in order to prevent  such incidents from occurring again.

Delegates will be taken through the theory of the process of accident investigation  as well as being given the opportunity to carry out an actual accident investigation using a DVD example. Delegates are invited to bring their own accident investigation forms.
